There is an interesting article on CNN about the recent list ranking countries on human trafficking. Condoleeza Rice makes some interesting comments in the article about why certain countries were or were not ranked higher on the list - basically, politics. Not wanting to &quot;alienate&quot; their governments even if they are one of the worst offenders of human rights.
