What a powerful thought Kim. I’ve often told my kids about the importance of cooking with love and respecting the way in which food is handled in the kitchen because we are giving love through what we prepare. I have always believed this to be true…didn’t know that science could actually measure and prove these things.

I always thought it was about the time and focus that was put into the gift, not necessarily the energy it contained (and I believe in energy, so it makes so much sense).
